Home-made egg pudding

Ingredients:
Six eggs
Six coffee cups of whole
milk
Fourteen tablespoon of
white sugar
A few drops of lemon juice
How to make it:
Caramelize two
tablespoon of White sugar together with a few drops of lemon juice in a steel
bowl. Once caramelized, remove from the fire. In a separate bowl mix the
remaining ingredients until the sugar dissolves. Pour this mixture into the
caramelized bowl. Put it in the oven and cook double boiler for about twenty
minutes at 180 centigrade degrees. When the bowl is cold unmold and enjoy your dish!
