Frixuelos

INGREDIENTS

4 eggs
1l of milk
Flour
Sugar
Oil
Salt

PREPARATION

Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. Mix with the milk, add flour and sugar gradually until it looks like a very thin butter. Put a frying pan on the heat with a little oil, when it is hot, put the mixture into it with the help of a spoon. Make sure it spreads well and that you get a very thin layer. When it is brown on one side, turn it over to cook the other side.

PRESENTATION
Serve on a plate or serving dish and dust with sugar or fill with custard.
